December 21, 2012: A spiritual awakening? Video Is December 21 the end of days? End of the world? We can only go with evidence we have until we have proof. Proof comes from enough evidence and if we have no proof on this issue. We have no proof any religion and thus because we have no proof we can only use evidence to make best decisions in my opinion. are you serious? I hate to admit it but you prove darryl’s point. The truth about the ’2012′ is the long calender. It’s like how we see decades, generations, millenniums, etc. Just like how our calender year ends on 31 of december, the new long calender cycle starts on the 22nd. And using BP ? wow. That is in no way a natural disaster. What about the volcano ash that stopped continental transit? Where do you get your ‘information’ ? Citations please.

Good point that everybody makes their own religion. No two are identical, not even among people who attend the same church service every weekend.

It’s obvious that the world is entering some kind of period where many factors are coming together at the same time. Whether it is 2012, some mystical thing, natural based or both, the signs are there across the board.
But the trick is not to wait, people always wait for something to happen, someone to lead them etc. If you wait, the day will never come.
BTW, shaking is a common thing when dealing with energy meditations, some people are more prone than others. I’ve seen some weird reactions.

@gibbo675 Well you just answered the question for me. Your claim about 2012 is just as real and true as the Wallace and Gromet on a rocketship.
Unfortunately we live in a SOCIETY and this forces us to abide by various rules.
You can claim that you are the King of Sweden as long as you want but if SOCIETY does not agree you can be put into a nut house? Get it? The only way to prove you are a King of Sweden is to provide EVIDENCE enough to convince the SOCIETY yo are correct. Ball is in ur court.

@KypHeM I DARE to tell you, my overly pedantic friend, that the Moon is indeed made of GREEN CHEESE. @gibbo675 I am afraid you fail to understand that the DATA is lacking. You cannot assume anything in this situation. One day you say the world is going to end the other you ppl say its going to be better.
In fact Mayans never said anything about the year 2012. There is no evidence they did and I will not accept assumptions.

@KypHeM I suggest you watch Mayan Calender by Ian Xel Lungold as to how conciousness assists all beings. Set aside an evening to watch it as it is over one and a half hours long! Find it on CSIWembly.
I don’t think the end of the world means things get worse, but the end of the world as we know it might very well mean things get much much better than they are now.
If things are a lot better in the future then it is still the end of the world as we know it. No magic in that statement.

@gibbo675 Knowledge is not magic thats true but what empirical EVIDENCE we have that Mayans DID NOT USE MAGIC to make predictions? What DATA do we have to safely say they didn’t just make things up? Mayans KILLED VIRGINS for many stupid reasons where is the knowledge in that? How can you justify the death of innocent people?
Knowledge is not magic thats why we need EVIDENCE! We have no idea what sort of knowledge did they posses to make such predictions! Except the calendar we have NOTHING.

Predicting the end of the world should be a lot harder than some spanish guys on ships!!!!
My personal opinion is NOTHING will happen we will live our lives without the stress you guys put yourself in.

Great video Derek. I hope 2012 either as a concept, or as a reality causes mankind to evolve and move forward in positive ways. It seems the majority of us are not ready for ascension, but it would be nice if the exponential acceleration theory changes that, and those willing to embrace it are able to make the change.
I recall in a previous video you say there will be a lot of bad stuff happening in the run-up to 2012 and the the absolute key is not to engage with it. I stand by that theory.

@KypHeM The conquest of the Mayans was symptomatic of the cycle that was in place at the time. If you care to look the Europeans destroyed lots of other enlightend (not primitive) civilisations all over the world in the same time period.
Don’t believe me on this one do your research then you will actually know.
Belief is a form of Ignorance if you think about it, only then you can begin to learn for knowlede is not magic.
