Year 2012: End of the World

Please share your opinion and give details on why you may or may not believe in the 2012 theory.
And what theory do you believe in?
The one that says the whole earth will end, or the one that says a major change or awakening will occur and we will all be okay.
If you have any other theories let me know!

Before I sort of believed it, being a paranoid person, even though I knew it wasn’t likely and did research I still was scared.

I remember when Armageddon and Deep Impact was released in theaters back in 1998, I’ve been hearing Christians saying that the was gonna end on January 1, 2000. I’m just wondering that if a Hollywood screenwriter never came up with the idea of the world ending in 2012 and wrote a script about it, do you think people would be talking about the world ending anytime soon?
