SO WHAT IS THE PROOF THAT THE MAYAN CALENDER LITERALLY “SAYS” ITS THE END OF THE WORLD.. OR THE DATE OF SOMETHING BIG HAPPENING..?? BECAUSE WHEN I FIRST HEARD ABOUT IT I WAS ALL FOR IT, I BELIEVED THAT BECAUSE THE MAYAN CALENDER STOPPED AT A CERTAIN POINT, IT MEANS WUT I JUST SED IN MY FIRST SENTENCE.. BUT NOW I HAVE THIS QUESTION.. DONT WE ALSO HAVE A CALENDER THAT STOPS AT A CERTAIN POINT.. THEN IT STARTS ALL OVER AGAIN?? DOES THAT MEAN EVERY 31ST OF DECEMBER THE WORLD IS GONNA END?? NO, ….. AND MAYBE IT WAS A LONG TERM CALENDER.. THAT JUST STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN….. SO IM NOT TRYING TO CRITICIZE, BUT I JUST NEED SOME VALID ANSWERS, WHAT IS THE PROOF THAT THE MAYAN PREDICTED SOMETHING HAPPENING IN 2012, BESIDES THE FACT THAT IT STOPPED AT A CERTAIN DATE?
ya, and im a christian fellow as well.. i just recently became one and i know one thing, we christians, well where im from dont make up stories to create fear and all of that… we tell the truth n nothin but the truth, y would we tell lies? thats just being a hypocrite and a non christian, lying is a sin so why would someone saying they are christian lie?? if they do lie, then theyre not christian, its as simple as that…. nd its funny how you say “people” talked about y2k.. then at the end you say “christians” as if they were the people predicting it.. well buddy boi, y2k was some crazy thing that some scientist or computer whiz didnt know what would happen if our computers couldnt recognize the current date.. since the years went from ’97, ’98, ’99, back to “’00″.. so they got terrified they didnt know what to do if all computer sysems crashed, economy and all that would fail or whatever…. 2012 is quite different, alot of ancient civilizations, not economists of today, have calen
ders that end on or close to 2012, or predicted something happening in 2012…. so it isnt something like fiction… its all in the facts boi…. we, christians, aren’t predicting 2012 will be the end of the world or whatever, we, christians, and even nonchristians, top scientists, astronomers, researchers, wutever just know that there are facts about ancient civilizations predicting 2012.. WOW, so i just had that question, is there any proof, facts, stating that the mayan calender is anything more than just a plain calender.????? and people, if you will, please leave the christian criticism to your selves.. it would be much appreciated, i just need sum real legit valid answers..
