We’re no longer aboriginals folks, who believe the world is flat. We know a lot about plate tectonics and it’s affects on the Earth, weather patterns and astronomical phenomenon. Why don’t these normally credible science channels deal with this sensational nonsense and put it to rest? I’m sure the ratings will jump with all the controversy the “believers” will throw at it. And yes, I am an Atheist who thinks that the “end of days” dogmas are more dangerous to our survival than world war.
Did anyone see that show on discovery nostradamus 2012, and what do u think about that .?

I think from a science aspect, with global warming, we and people on earth are in trouble. If the earth continues to lose it’s magnetic pull, and the north pole keeps melting we are really going to have some problems. I am 25 and looking to buy a home in a couple of years, now i have to worry if the planet will still be here, that sucks ……
