who thinks nostradamus is right that the world will end in 2012?

he predicted loads of other stuff that happened like hitler and hussein etc. so who thinks this prediction is true?

Hard to say, since that was never among his numerous, utterly inaccurate predictions.
None of his prediction came through..word of mouth and cheap websites makes you believe that.
He didn’t specificaly predicted that the world will end.
What he refered to is, the expiration of their Calendar. It has been ovetaken / expired long – long ago. They measured time differently that ours, ourdays.
he world will not end in 2012. The planets will simply allign with the center of our galaxy. it has happened before, and it will happen again. Nostrasdamus was a wierd dude. Armegeddon 2012 is BS.
I dont think its necessarily true but I do think some serious change will happen around that time. The other things that he predicted do seem to me to be dead on point which is scary but I dont think that the world will end.

nostrodomus didnt predict that the myans didwith their calander nostrodomus predicted the world would end much later i 4got the exact year but it was hundreds of years from now by a nuclear war i know cause i saw it on histor channel.

I honestly don’t believe it – even though the ‘predictions’ he’s apparently made seem relative to past happenings, they weren’t considered ‘predicted’ until they’ve happened. If you write a significant amount of vague predictions, you have good chances of them coming true eventually through time. He wrote them vague enough for them to have multiple meanings, so they could mean anything to us if we trace them back to past events.
actually Nostradamus was actually not a good prophet, i read his book. Everything was all metaphors and is open to interpretation. But the Maya on the other had were very precise in everything they predicted and they along with some other historical and accurate phophets DID have some sort of happening or ‘ending’ in the year 2012…. dec 12th to be exact.
So i ddunno. my lliefs not gonna change right now because of it.. maybe in 2011 when i find out if it reallly IS true or not.. then ill look at things differently.

Ah, there are several theories relating to this date.
It is the official date that the Mayan calendar comes to an abrupt end.
One theory is that this is when we all become beings of light- that our consciousness is speeding up as we speak- and in fact time is getting faster, and we are becoming more aware more quickly.
Another theory is that this is when the poles reverse and we do in fact die- maybe not everybody though, for there is another theory:
There is a group called the illuminati that may be secretly (or not so secretly) planning a spot where they can all go when the rest of us perish, and to aid in this they are trying to get us to perish a little sooner to make it easier for them to do this- kill off the sick and poor, eliminate the middle classes- have elite and slaves and that is all.
While these are all just theories/ conspiracy theories, who can know for sure? I’ve heard so much now that I’m just gonna get on with my life and enjoy the “speeding consciousness”- there is no harm in it.

i really don’t. correct, he predicted things that happened, but the predictions were so vague, anyone would see them coming at some point in time. such as 2 world wars, well, nobody gets along with everyone so, in my opinion, saying there will be 2 world wars is just stating the obvious. also, some of the information was lost or misunderstood in translation. so, really, i find Nostradamus to be rather unreliable.
They have stretched their imaginations on this so far that they can make anything believable. If you look at his writings and see how they came up with their conclusions you would soon see how full of BS they are.
Charles Manson is eligible for parole again in 2012.
If he gets out (which he won’t) I hope he kills you first.
True Time vs. False Time
Time is fractal in nature. It repeats itself in definite and regular patterns. That is why some prophecies can have double and even triple reference. You have probably heard the wise ole maxim: “history always repeats itself”. There’s more truth to that than you may know!
False time (‘Satanic Calendar’) is the 13:20 ratio of the Tzolkin long count of 5,125 years broken down into 13 baktuns of 144,000 days each. This count only runs from right before the Great Flood til the ‘abomination of desolation’ (winter solstice 2012). It was given to the bloody Mayan pagans by Pacal Votan. Other parts of the world received it by meduimship, spirit conjuring, and divination like the Chinese I-ching for example.
True Time is a dispensation of 7777 years that started back in 4762 BC. Joseph Scaliger came VERY close to this with his “Julian Period” in the 16th century. We add 4762 to negative BC dates to get thier True Time date and add 4761 (since there is no zero in our Gregorian calendar) to all AD dates. The 7777 years can be divided into 7 periods of 1111 years. 1111 whispers out in many ways to all ready for True Time understanding and no it is not a coincidence. It can also be broken down into 11 periods of 707 years. These are the 11 ‘weeks’ of mankind’s history referred to in the book of Enoch.
